Once you have accessed the Trends data from the Trends Card you can now change the date range without having to return to the organisation structure.

A currency drop down has been added to the Salary screen to enable you to record salaries paid in different currencies. This can be inherited through the structure along with salary and controls the number of decimal places used. It has also been added on the Trends Report alongside salary information.

A blank Passport number can now be recorded in People First, which allows a customer to record that a person has a valid passport without having to record the actual number.
The course shipped course categories can now be edited or made inactive if you do not want to include them.
Enhanced import functionality now allows competencies, memberships and qualifications to be bulk updated at job level. Please note you will see a warning message explaining that the new information will override existing data if you choose this option.
When scheduling a recurring check-in, it will now feature in the calendars of all participants for a 12-month period.
Employees are now able to specify that a goal is ‘Private’ and these can only be seen by the employee, their manager and HR Administrators.
